Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup kale
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2–3 fresh mint leaves
- Tiny pinch culinary lavender
Optional
- 1 teaspoon prickly pear powder
- Bee pollen for garnish
- Edible flowers for garnish
Instructions
- Add the oat milk and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, banana, spinach, kale, honey, mint, and lavender.
- Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.

One of the things I love most about this smoothie is how easily it comes together from simple ingredients. The berries remain the star while the spinach and kale quietly blend into the background, creating a beautifully balanced smoothie that feels both refreshing and satisfying.
Frozen fruit creates the thickest, creamiest texture. If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes before blending.
For a desert-inspired twist, add a teaspoon of prickly pear powder. It's beautiful, but completely optional.
