Lavender Berry Cloud Smoothie

This Lavender Berry Cloud Smoothie blends strawberries, blueberries, banana, spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, fresh mint, and a touch of culinary lavender for a soft floral note. The result is silky, lightly sweet, and wonderfully smooth.

Perfect for tender mornings, slow breakfasts, or whenever you're craving something gentle and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2–3 fresh mint leaves
  • Tiny pinch culinary lavender

Optional

  • 1 teaspoon prickly pear powder
  • Bee pollen for garnish
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the oat milk and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  2. Add the strawberries, blueberries, banana, spinach, kale, honey, mint, and lavender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.



Tasty & Tender Notes

One of the things I love most about this smoothie is how easily it comes together from simple ingredients. The berries remain the star while the spinach and kale quietly blend into the background, creating a beautifully balanced smoothie that feels both refreshing and satisfying.

Frozen fruit creates the thickest, creamiest texture. If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes before blending.

For a desert-inspired twist, add a teaspoon of prickly pear powder. It's beautiful, but completely optional.

Because beautiful food doesn't have to be complicated.
